Elbow

Elbow is a pipe fitting installed between two lengths of pipes to allow a change of direction, usually 45°, 90° or 180°. 22.5°, 60° pipe elbow and other unusual elbows can be made to meet the special requirements.

Elbows can be made from many materials, such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, high-strength low-alloy steel, low-temperature steel, and others. The ends to connect pipes may be machined for butt welding, threaded connection, or socket welding.

According to the radius, most elbows can be divided into short radius elbows and long radius elbows. The long radius elbows have a center to end distance that is 1.5 times the NPS in inches (R=1.5D), while the short radius is equal to the NPS in inches (R=1.0D).

Long Radius Elbow

With the advanced production technology, we can manufacture long radius elbows (1.5D Φ1/2"-96") with the wall thickness up to 100mm. Product with the diameter from 1/2" to 48" can be produced with special technology to achieve first class quality.

Short Radius Elbow

We have adopted advanced production equipment to make our short radius elbows (1D 1.5D Φ1/2"-96"). The wall thickness of the product can be 100mm.

2.5D Elbow

Stainless Steel Elbow can be sleeved into plastic bag individually, pieces wrapped with water-proof material, carbon steel Elbow can be packed in plastic bags and closed in carton boxes or seaworthy wooden or plywood pallet or cases, clear labels are tagged on the outside of the package for easy identification of the quantity and product I.D. Great care will be taken during operation and transportation, to prevent any damage.
