Long Weld Neck Flange

The long wn flanges connection is the lightest and most economical of FCI standard connections I offered for use where a minimum of reinforcing area is required. Long Weld Necks have a uniform barrel outside diameter that provides a nut relief clearance between the connection neck and the nut.

Lengths can be increased to allow for any offset, "hillside" or tangential location attachment on pressure vessel shells or heads. Contoured bottoms are available upon request.

Stainless Steel Elbow can be sleeved into plastic bag individually, pieces wrapped with water-proof material, carbon steel Elbow can be packed in plastic bags and closed in carton boxes or seaworthy wooden or plywood pallet or cases, clear labels are tagged on the outside of the package for easy identification of the quantity and product I.D. Great care will be taken during operation and transportation, to prevent any damage.
